i was just wondering?? will re-installing windows help get rid of all of these trojans buried within my computer???

Hello, I am me, Who are you?
Assuming you clean install then yes, it will remove the trojans because its formatting your hard drive, if you have multiple hard drives i'd suggest formatting them as well
